Unauthorized commercial redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, or modified republication without written consent is strictly prohibited. You are welcome to inspect the source code and compile it within your personal server clusters, but remember that the foundational architecture belongs to Saki Studio.

2. License Scope

We employ a highly permissive license—a pact for Digital Scavengers. Saki Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable limited license to use this software under the following conditions:

  • Personal and Internal Network Use: You may deploy the Daemon and Client on devices you own or within trusted Local Area Networks (LAN).
  • Non-Commercial Purpose: Unless explicitly authorized, this software is strictly for personal study, research, or as a secure network conduit for automation pipelines.
  • Prohibited Actions (The Override Clause):
    • Malicious Use: You shall not weaponize this software or its default port (19284) as a staging ground for botnets, unauthorized penetration testing, or network intrusions.
    • Circumventing Security: You shall not attempt to bypass or cripple the built-in CIDR ACL perimeter defenses.
    • Removing Attribution: You shall not remove any copyright notices, watermarks, or author credits embedded within the software.

Disclaimer & Rights Reserved: If your usage violates public order and morals, or if you attempt to weaponize the communication port (Port 19284) as a vector for malicious attacks or unauthorized network intrusions, Saki Studio reserves the absolute right to revoke your license immediately and pursue appropriate legal action.

3. Open Source Components

SakiAgentSSH is a conduit built upon the shoulders of giants. This software incorporates several top-tier open-source components, which remain protected under their original licenses:

  • Rust & Cargo: Our core language and build system.
  • Tonic & Prost: Providing unparalleled gRPC and Protocol Buffers transmission.
  • Tokio: Powering our asynchronous I/O and process tracking.
  • If you obtain the source code via our GitHub repository, you must adhere to the LICENSE file and the dependency declarations in Cargo.toml.
  • In the event of a conflict between these terms and an open-source component’s license, the original open-source license shall prevail for that specific component. However, the core logic and GUI releases of SakiAgentSSH remain governed by this document.

4. Disclaimer

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • Saki Studio does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your specific operational needs.
  • In no event shall Saki Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, server crashes, data loss, business interruption, or API token leaks) arising from the use or inability to use this software.
  • You bear the sole responsibility to correctly configure allowed_cidrs in config.json to ensure your Compute Plane is not exposed to the wasteland.
